The Ranch is a 501c3 non-profit organization that was formed to offer sanctuary to neglected animals and provides educational experiences to the community. ​​The Ranch strives to create animal awareness, promote compassion, and provide sanctuary for those in need. It is our joy and passion to provide educational interactions for children. In the past, we have offered our services to children in the foster care system, such as CASA of El Dorado County, and on-site experiences for the Children's Receiving Home of Sacramento.  In addition, our programs are offered to the general community through volunteer work, Kids Camp, art classes, and other events. 

Everything we are able to do and provide is a result of passionate animal lovers and caring people within our community. We are very grateful to have accomplished so much with this fantastic team of supporters!

We are holding a raffle for a beautiful farm themed quilt made by Quilting Peeps! Your participation is not only a chance to win prizes, but also plays a vital role in supporting our mission. The funds raised by this raffle will be put towards a matching grant to purchase a tractor for The Ranch! Latrobe Fund has generously offered to match up to $8,000 to help up purchased a used tractor. We have gone a long time without this vital piece of equipment for our facility. This is our chance to get the tools we need to keep serving these animals and provide programs. Each ticket you purchase directly contributes to our efforts in making a meaningful impact for our sanctuary and in our community.
