Through the teachings of ranch skills and animal care, we will cultivate patience, discipline, focus, and empathy. Our small groups of 5-7 kids create the opportunity to work together and have moments of one on one attention. Each week will highlight one certain animal and a kindness concept. Participants will help with daily feeding, care, and cleaning. The kindness concept for the week will be highlighted and practiced through those daily tasks. Participants will receive one on one handling with the animal of the week as well as greeting all the animals of the sanctuary.
